Travel Arcadia strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. We are not responsible for any medical expenses, lost belongings, or travel interruptions.
9. Code of Conduct
Travellers are expected to follow local laws and respect other guests and cultures. Misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location where Travel Arcadia operates.
